It’s usual at this time of year for me to send you all Christmas cards to pass on my season’s greetings.

This year however, I have decided to put the money to a good use and make a donation to my charity of the year, Emmaus.

They’re not a huge, well known charity, but the work that they do is incredible.

Emmaus is a homelessness charity providing more than just a bed for the night to people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion.

They provide a home for as long as someone needs it and meaningful work in their social enterprise. Living in a stable environment with the opportunity to work helps their companions, as residents are known, to regain lost self-esteem and the confidence to get back on their feet.

I hope that you would agree that it’s better putting money back into our community.

And in the meantime, I’d like to thank you so very much for all of your business and enquiries over the last few years, I genuinely appreciate all and every one of you.  I also look forward to speaking to you, and seeing you again soon as your lives and situations change.  Feel free to contact me and I’ll always be delighted to help.

It just leaves me now to wish the very merriest of Christmases and a happy new year.

Steve, Jane and the three naughtiest of whippets!

Merry Christmas
