Moving forward over twenty five years, please let me introduce myself. I’m Stephen Thatcher.

Are you staying with your existing lender?
Sometimes it makes good sense to stay with your existing lender, however not always. I can make sure that the deal that you are sticking with is still the best for your circumstances. If it is, I’m happy to tell you so and you can feel reassured that you are doing the right thing. I may even still be able to help and process the application for you. I can use my professional experience to liaise with your lender and make sure that you don’t have the annoying experience of department-hopping and holding to get through to the right person for hours on end! In addition to that, you’ll have my mobile phone number and have access to me outside of office hours, when it’s convenient for you, not them!
Are you checking the comparison sites?
It’s a great start to get an idea of the best deal, however a lot of the comparison sites have out-of-date information and upon clicking for further details will sell your details to the highest bidder, a stranger who will then try to contact you to get your business.
